Kandle Web Design offers several different packages that are designed to meet your needs. If you do not see one here, please contact us and let us know what your needs are.

We do not do create and/or redesign sites that can be considered socially objectionable and Kandle Web Site Design is the sole arbitrator in deciding what is objectionable.

OPTION 1 – Basic Web Site

This is the basic web site package that allows for the creation of a minimal internet presence that uses a pre-defined template that requires minimal effort to complete.

They consist of only three pages and are based on the following templates:

Fixed:
Cost: $450.00 + $40.00/page with average¹ content.

1 Column – Centered with a Header and Footer
2 Column – Left or Right Side Bar and a Main column
3 Column – Left and Right Side Bars and a Main column
Site Navigation can be either horizontal or vertical

These consist of only 3 pages – Home, About and Contact (or they can be named as you desire).

Images² are restricted to two per page (additional images can be added as desired).

Creation of a XML site map.

3 additional pages available for $100.00/page + $37.50/page with average¹ content.

Special image effects such as roll-over can be added at $50.00/image.

Additional images² (above the 2 per page) can also be added at a cost of $30.00 per image.

No Flash. No Favorite Links page.

This web site package is intended for those individuals or companies that desire an internet presence that uses a pre-defined template that require a higher presence.

They consist of only five pages and are based on the following templates:

Cost: $1000.00 + $35.00/page with with average¹ content.

1 Column – Centered with a Header and Footer
2 Column – Left or Right Side Bar and a Main column
3 Column – Left and Right Side Bars and a Main column
Site Navigation can be either horizontal or vertical
Customized Navigation buttons

These consist 5 pages – Home, About and Contact (or they can be named as you desire) plus 2 of your choice.

Images² are restricted to two per page (additional images can be added as desired).

Creation of an XML site map.

5 additional pages available for $150.00/page + $37.50/page with average¹ content.

Special image effects such as roll-over can be added at $50.00/image.

Additional Images² (above the 2 per page) can also be added at a cost of $30.00 per image.

OPTION 3 – Advance Sites

This web site package is intended for those individuals or companies that a higher internet presence then the other two packages and uses a pre-defined template.

Advanced sites start at $1500.00 and includes the three basic pages (Home, About Us, and a simple Contact Page) plus 5 additional information pages.

Fixed:
Cost: $1500.00 + $35.00/page with average¹ content.

1 Column – Centered with a Header and Footer
2 Column – Left or Right Side Bar and a Main column
3 Column – Left and Right Side Bars and a Main column
Site Navigation can be either horizontal or vertical
Customized Navigation buttons

It also includes up to 5 additional pages with their associated descriptions and a maximum of two images per page.

Additional information pages available for $150.00/page + $37.50 with average¹ content.

Additional pages available for $75.00/page with a maximum of two images² per page.

Special image effects such as roll-over can be added at $50.00/image.

Additional Images² (above the 2 per page) can also be added at a cost of $30.00 per image.

OTHER WEB SERVICES

Site Redesign:
If you are looking for a tune up of an existing site, we would be happy to review your site and provide you with a quote. This service starts a $450.00.

Hosting:
We do not host web sites however; we can set up a hosting service for you at cost + 20% for our time.

Domain Names:
We can and will assist you in registering a domain name for you at cost + 20% for our time.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
We are not an SEO company and do not get into providing the optimizations that those companies can provide. However, we will submit your sites to Google, Bing and Yahoo once you have established accounts with them (assistance can be provided for this).

We will do basic research into establishing a list of key words or phrases for your pages meta tags and customize those key words for each page. There is no charge applied for Option Packages 1 and 2.

If you desire we can assist you in establishing a Links campaign, but the actual campaign will be your responsibility, at an additional cost.

Web Site Maintenance:
We also offer web site maintenance as a separate item for those of you who do not want to do this for themselves. See Web Site Maintenance.

Kandle Website Design Referral Program:
For those who opt to have us do their web site maintenance we offer a referral plan that can provide for free maintenance. See Referral Plan.

Customized Banners and Logos:
We are not a graphics design company but we do have qualified individuals who are capable of performing these services. Please contact us if you desire this service.

Links Pages:
This page would contain the external links for any Linking Campaign that you desire. We do not create nor run Link Campaigns, but we do provide information on how to conduct a campaign.

‡ A contract is required for any of these options if not covered by any previous contract.

Average Page Content is defined as having a standard Banner that consists of text only (unless you have a logo and/or banner image already created); a maximum of 2 images and the verbal page content is no more that 1500 words.

All images are to be provided – these can be camera raw, Jpeg, GIF or formats that can be readily converted into web ready images.

‡ All website construction will be carried out per a contract that is executed between Kandle Enterpises, Inc. and the party contracting our services.

WEB SITE MAINTENANCE

Do you have an ongoing need for regular website maintenance but no time or desire to do it yourself? Kandle Web Design offers website maintenance on a pay as you go basis for $60/hour, or can contact for a monthly plan as shown below. Rush service is also available for those with major time constraints and time availability.

Website maintenance can include adding, removing, or editing text and graphics, modifying products in your online shopping cart, updating news events, uploading documents, and often emergency fixes (also includes any time spent on consulting or performing research). If you're not sure about the issue or can't explain it, let us take a look and we can often diagnose it within minutes.

* Depending on the amount of work needed to complete your request, ASAP could be minutes or hours. Pay as you go and urgent requests require a one hour minimum payment.

** If you opt for this type of maintenance it will be commenced upon receipt of payment and time availability, the minimum time allows for scheduling the maintenance – it is possible that the time could be less.

*** The hours shown are just examples of the various hourly plans available, the number of hours available per month can be adjusted within each plan. The minimum hours that can be contracted for is 2 and no plan can exceed 10 hours/month.

**** The 72 hours does not include weekends or holidays.

Any plan must be prepaid to start service, and there is no auto-renewal. All plans start the 1st of the month after payment is received and will expire on the last day of the last month. When a plan is due to expire, an e-mail will be sent to remind you that the plan is going to expire at the end of the current month. All requests must be made with a complete a description as possible, if there are any questions involved, there may be a consultation fee involved.

For example, if you refer 5 people to Kandle Web Design and 3 of those people ultimately contact us and contract for new Web sites, you will receive 3 referral awards (3 x 2 = 6 hours of web maintenance, which would be tacked on to any current maintenance program, or 3 different payments of $45.00).

Website maintenance referral rewards will be applied after Kandle Web Design receives final payment from the referred party.

Monetary referral rewards will be paid to the referrer thirty days after Kandle Web Design has received final payment from the referred party.

You must be or have been a client of Kandle Web Design.

Notification must be made via E-mail of the referral and the new customer must also identify themselves as having been referred by you.
